Privacy Policy

NestLingo is designed for parents and caregivers who want to practice simple daily language activities with young children. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

Information we collect

The app may store basic preferences on the device, such as selected app language, target learning language, activity progress, reminder settings, and premium status. This information is used to make the app work and to personalize the parent-guided activity experience.

If the app includes an account system, purchases, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, push notifications, or other third-party services, those services may process limited technical information such as device identifiers, purchase status, crash logs, diagnostics, or notification tokens. Update this section to match the exact SDKs used in your production build.

Children’s privacy

NestLingo is intended to be used by parents or caregivers. Children should not enter personal information into the app. The app is built around offline, parent-guided activities rather than child-directed social features.

How we use information

  • To provide language activities and remember progress.
  • To deliver optional reminders if the user enables notifications.
  • To process premium access or purchases, where available.
  • To improve stability and fix bugs if diagnostics or crash reporting are enabled.
  • To respond to support requests.

Notifications

If enabled, NestLingo may send daily reminders about unfinished or next suggested activities. Notifications can be turned off at any time in the device settings or inside the app if an in-app setting is available.

Purchases and premium features

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store full payment card details. Purchase status may be used only to unlock premium features such as removing ads, widgets, or additional activity tools.

Third-party services

The app may use Apple services and, depending on the production build, may use third-party providers for analytics, crash reporting, notifications, ads, or subscriptions. Each provider processes data according to its own privacy practices. Before publishing, list the exact providers used here.

Data retention

Device-only preferences remain on the device until the user deletes the app or clears the data. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable records.

Account deletion

If the app offers account creation, users must be able to initiate account deletion from inside the app. Users may also contact us at seckin.caylak@gmail.com for help with account or data deletion requests.

User choices

  • Disable notifications in iOS Settings.
  • Delete the app to remove locally stored app data from the device.
  • Contact support to request help with data access or deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
