Before contacting us
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
- Restart the app if an activity or reminder does not appear correctly.
- Check iOS notification permissions if daily reminders are not arriving.
- For purchase problems, confirm that you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Premium or purchase issues
If premium features are not visible after purchase, try restoring purchases from the app if that option is available. If the issue continues, email us with the app version, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send payment card information.
Bug reports
Useful bug reports include what you were doing, what happened, what you expected, your device model, iOS version, app version, and screenshots if possible.
